Additional smartURL variable: smartPATH

To simplify development of permalink features, we introduced a new smartURL value. From now on, you can retrieve the smartPATH (which lead to an URL match) out of the request.
That might be very usefull, if you use the smartUID of your content object for URLs with different pathes.
